A CERTIFIED TEAM FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS
Critical infrastructure is defined not only by the equipment, but also by the people who design, operate and develop it. NXDATA specialists hold certifications awarded by internationally recognized organizations in the fields of data centers, energy and critical infrastructure. These certifications cover competencies in infrastructure design, operation, maintenance and safety.
The NXDATA operations team holds the CDFOM® (Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager) certification, which validates the competencies required for the operational management of data centers. The certification covers the coordination of operational activities, implementation of procedures, risk management and operational continuity planning, all essential to the management of critical infrastructure.
Shift managers at the NXDATA-1 and NXDATA-2 data centers hold the CDCP® (Certified Data Centre Professional) certification, which validates the competencies required for the design and operation of data centers. The certification covers the main components of data center infrastructure, including electrical and cooling systems, physical security, fire protection and redundancy principles used in critical infrastructure.
NXDATA data center design specialists hold the ATD (Accredited Tier Designer) certification awarded by Uptime Institute. The certification validates the competencies required for planning, designing and implementing critical data center infrastructure in accordance with Tier standards for performance, availability and resilience.
The NXDATA operations team holds the AOS (Accredited Operations Specialist) certification awarded by Uptime Institute. The certification validates advanced competencies in data center operation, maintenance and optimization, with a focus on standardized processes, risk management and ensuring operational continuity.
A shift manager at the NXDATA-1 data center holds the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) certification awarded by Panduit. The certification validates the competencies required for the development, design and implementation of DCIM solutions, including infrastructure monitoring, integration of intelligent equipment, and optimization of operational and energy efficiency.
Members of the NXDATA monitoring team hold SOCOMEC certifications for the operation and maintenance of Delphys MP and MX UPS systems. The certification confirms their competencies in the installation, configuration, operation, diagnostics and troubleshooting of high-performance UPS equipment, essential for power supply continuity.
A member of the NXDATA team holds TeleGroup certification, which includes training in the use of Fujikura and AFL equipment for fiber-optic splicing and testing. The certification validates the competencies required for the installation, testing, diagnostics and documentation of fiber-optic networks, using specialized equipment for the development and maintenance of communications infrastructure.
A member of the NXDATA team holds the Category I Certified Thermographer certification awarded by the Infrared Training Center (ITC). The certification validates the competencies required to perform thermographic inspections of critical infrastructure, helping identify thermal anomalies and prevent incidents that could affect operational continuity.
Members of the NXDATA Mechanical-Electrical Department hold the Electrician for Buildings certification obtained through the ATHENA program. The certification validates the competencies required for the execution and maintenance of electrical installations, equipment installation and implementation of protection systems, in accordance with standards applicable to critical infrastructure.
Members of the NXDATA Operations Department hold the Electrician for Energy Installations certification obtained through the CFPDR program. The certification, recognized nationally and internationally, confirms their competencies in the operation, supervision and maintenance of energy installations and equipment, in accordance with critical infrastructure requirements.
Members of the NXDATA Operations Department hold certification in fire prevention and firefighting (PSI), obtained through the AVI EuroJobs & Training program. The certification confirms their competencies in planning and monitoring fire prevention and firefighting measures, as well as in applying specific legal requirements, contributing to the implementation of the prevention and protection measures required for critical infrastructure.
Members of the NXDATA Operations Department hold certification in Occupational Health and Safety (SSM), obtained through the Absolute School program. The certification, recognized nationally and across Europe, certifies their competencies in implementing prevention and protection measures, risk assessment, and applying occupational health and safety requirements, contributing to safe working conditions.
